By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies displayed at checkout.

All artwork, logos, product names, photographs, and site content belong to Patient Pants Designs or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used to create derivative merchandise without written permission.

Product colors can vary slightly between screens and finished garments. Direct-to-garment print placement can vary within normal production tolerances. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may be corrected or changed before an order is accepted.

We may refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, abuse, obvious pricing errors, intellectual-property misuse, prohibited destinations, or unavailable products. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patient Pants Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
