Copyright & intellectual property

Except where expressly identified otherwise, the original artwork, illustrations, graphic designs, photographs, written copy, logos, collection names, and other creative content displayed by Patient Pants Designs are owned by Patient Pants Designs or used under rights that authorize their display and sale. Patient Pants Designs claims copyright only in material it owns and in its original contributions to any compilation or derivative work.

Original artwork and ownership

Artwork identified as an original Patient Pants Designs work was independently created by or for Patient Pants Designs. Patient Pants Designs owns or controls the rights necessary to reproduce, display, distribute, market, and sell that artwork on its products. Any third-party materials, fonts, product mockups, platform assets, or other licensed elements remain the property of their respective owners and are excluded from Patient Pants Designs' ownership claim except to the extent of the applicable license.

No transfer of intellectual-property rights

Purchasing a product transfers ownership of that physical product only. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or any license to reproduce, distribute, display, adapt, digitize, manufacture, resell, or create merchandise from the artwork or other protected content.

Permitted personal use

Customers may use purchased products for ordinary personal use and may share noncommercial photographs of those products. No other use is authorized without prior written permission from Patient Pants Designs.

Prohibited uses

Without written permission, no person may copy, trace, redraw, reproduce, scrape, download for reuse, remove ownership information from, modify, distribute, sell, license, mint as a digital asset, train a commercial model on, or apply Patient Pants Designs artwork or site content to another product or service.

Third-party rights and corrections

Patient Pants Designs respects the intellectual-property rights of others. If you believe content on this site infringes a right you own, contact support@patientpantsdesigns.com with the work at issue, the page address, your contact information, and a description of your ownership or authority. We will review substantiated notices promptly.
